Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped via airmail. Using Japan Post or FedEx, your order will be delivered anywhere in the world, usually within 1-2 weeks after shipping. However, delivery may not be possible due to conflicts, civil wars, or disasters.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to congestion at the shipping company.

We will send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Some backordered products take longer, and these are marked with a tag reading "wait 1 month," "wait 2 months," etc.

Shipping Rates:

All items are shipped from Japan.

Standard Shipping (6-12 business days): $25 (North America, Europe, Oceania, Africa) or $15 (Asia)
FREE on orders $375 and over
Premium Express (2-5 business days) is also available at checkout for time-sensitive or gift orders

Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination country and order amount, import duties and taxes may be calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line item, in addition to the item price and shipping.

• If import duties are shown and collected at checkout, they are prepaid. We pay them to customs on your behalf, so there is nothing further to pay when your order is delivered. We also cover the carrier’s duty-advancement fee (approximately US$15) for you.

• If import duties are not collected at checkout, any duties or taxes may be charged on delivery and are payable by you directly, in accordance with the rules of your country. In that case, the carrier may also charge a duty-advancement fee (approximately US$15).

Because duties are always shown as a separate line at checkout, you can clearly see whether they are included in your payment.

US customers: following the end of the de minimis exemption, orders are generally subject to import duties regardless of their value.
